We are delighted to announce an updating update to RemoteCall SaaS as follows, to elevate your remote support experience. We kindly ask for your patience as there may be temporary service disruptions during the update.

Main Update
  • 1. 2-Factor Authentication Added
    • Enhance the account security by enabling 2FA in two ways: Email verification and the Google Authenticator app.
      * This feature is disabled by default. Please activate it in the Admin settings if needed.
  • 2. Access Page for Video Support
    • Customers who require video support can now easily connect through a new link: https://v.113366.io/
  • 3. New OS Support
    • Mobile support is now available for iOS 18. The supported iOS versions have been updated from iOS 14-17 to iOS 15-18.
  • 4. Other Bug Fixes & Improvements
With these updates, RemoteCall has further enhanced user convenience across various areas.
